The Missouri Junior Paint Horse Club is pleased to announce that the recipient of the 2007 scholarship is Mary Katelyn Cirese. Mary Kate is a 2007 graduate of Lee’s Summit High School where she was a National Homor Student. She is the daughter of Joe and Georgia Cirese of Greenwood , Missouri and will be attending the University of Missouri Kansas City studying Architecture.

Mary Katelyn has been a member of the Missouri Paint Horse Club for 7 years and has held several offices in the Missouri Junior Paint Horse Club as well. She is a National Director for the AjPHA and is also an active member of 4-H and the Girl Scouts. One of her service projects is being a Youth Volunteer for the St. Lukes Childrens Spot Gala which she has done for 5 years. Mary Kate had met all the criteria requirements for the MjPHA scholarship.

The $1500 scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior yearly. Please contact Debby Neer for information or download the application from this website.
