2008 Memberships are due and a Membership Form is provided below.
Added to the mix of memberships is a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP for $200.00.

As a benefit of your MPHC membership, you will receive monthly issues of the CENTRAL STATES HORSEMAN. Remember, it might take a short time to place your name on the database for receipt of the paper. Should you not receive the CENTRAL STATES HORSEMAN in a timely fashion, please contact Jackie Mead.
